A New Beginning

Club representatives met Kalamunda Shire architects last week to finalise plans for the new stadium. Last minute tweaks to the design has seen the seating capacity of the new grandstand increase from 280 to 413, and with the inclusion of seats (instead of concrete steps) the end result should be something we will all be proud of. The project is due to start in November, and will be completed before the start of next season.

The grandstand is the biggest project undertaken by the club, and wouldn’t be possible without the support and funding from Kalamunda Shire. The importance they place on a large infrastructure project like this, is in recognition of the role the Club plays in the local community. We are the largest sporting club in the area, and we are growing all the time.
